The Amethyst Blanket Is Finished

I just finished this beautiful lapghan.  I’m calling this blanket the Amethyst blanket because of the purple tones I used in it. The stitch I used was the Alpine Stitch or as Glenda at Creative Grandma calls it the up and down stitch.  This pattern comes from Glenda at Creative Grandma. Thank you Glenda for providing such a great pattern tutorial. I’ve provided link to her pattern below:

Town Of Walnut Grove In LHOP2016 Village

This is a video from my old Matchstick Creations Channel but I wanted to share it here.

I made the town of Walnut Grove along with the rest of the main farms and stuff from the Little House on the Prairie TV show. I did this all from pictures of each building that I found for free online. It took five months to complete the entire village, and took over 40K matchsticks to create.

Garvey Farm In LHOTP2016 Village

This is a video from my old Matchstick Creations Channel but I wanted to share it here.

I made the Edwards/Garvey Farm back in 2016 as part of my Little House 2016 Village. The Barn roof color was one I made myself.  I can’t remember exactly how long it took me to make this farm, but the entire LHOTP 2016 village took me five months to make, and was made with over 40 thousand matchsticks including the accessories that I made for this village.

Matchstick Halloween Cliff House

This is a video from my old Matchstick Creations Channel but I wanted to share it here. My New Channel is Oregon Craft Girl.. The reason I’ve change the name is because I make a variety of crafts and found this new name more fitting to what I am showing on this channel.

I made this Halloween House a couple of years ago. I firmly believe in giving credit where credit is due. This pattern isn’t mine. If you like this pattern a link to the original site is provided below.
